Philosophy
Modern glaucoma care intervenes earlier and more gently — from laser and procedural pharmaceuticals to tissue-sparing MIGS. Dr. Iqbal's work adapts this global spectrum to the realities of Bangladeshi practice: device cost, instrument availability, and the anatomy in front of the surgeon. Where an imported device is out of reach, a well-designed technique should not be.
